How do I know if I need therapy?


What are the first steps?

The first step is for you to give me a call and we will chat for 15-minutes. During this time, we will be able to determine how I can be helpful and answer any questions. If you decide to schedule an appointment, I will get some basic information from you (full name, birthdate, phone number, email address, etc) and we will find a day and time that will work for us to meet. Meet weekly... because your ready to go... Most often, I work intensely with people on a weekly basis until the reason you've entered therapy is resolved. After this, you will receive an email with a link to my client portal where you can access paperwork, appointment information, and billing documents. In order for us to maximize your time, you will complete the intake paperwork and initial questionnaire before our first session.
