Could you be depressed?

You have a hard time getting out of bed. In fact, it would be just fine to pull the covers up and stare at the wall for a few more hours. It's hard to concentrate, you feel like you're thinking and moving in slow motion. Your thoughts are negative and part of your brain says to "quit being a baby - just be happy." It hurts mentally and physically. You've been isolating. When you are around others, you put on a mask but inside feel irritated and exhausted. You know you're a hardworking and capable person, but at this moment you are tired of taking two steps forward and five steps back. Everything just feels too difficult.

At any given moment, you have the power to say: This is not how the story is going to end.
